- Recording and processing transport orders
- Notifying customers, branches, and partners
- Supporting dispatch in daily operational business
- Creating freight invoices and order controls
- Substitutions during the absence of other position holders
- Assisting with general administrative tasks
You bring
- Training as a merchant or equivalent qualification
- Very good handling of the entire MS Office suite
- High time flexibility for substitutions during absences
- Team spirit, commitment, and service-oriented nature
- Confident oral and written German skills; French and Italian are an advantage
