Your Craft

• You independently manage your construction sites from planning to completion and ensure that quality, deadlines, and costs are met.
• Additionally, you take on consultations and negotiations with clients/construction management as well as suppliers.
• In doing so, you keep a sharp eye on profitability and customer needs and plan the implementation of occupational safety and environmental measures. 

Your Foundation

• Ideally, you are already a trained construction manager, engineer, or experienced forewoman and have successfully completed projects in the field of special deep foundation, or you are willing to familiarize yourself with this special and exciting topic.
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as enjoyment in dealing with customers and employees characterize you.
• Good to very good German language skills in spoken and written form are a prerequisite so that you can communicate and document clearly in everyday life.
