- Completed secondary level II (high school, technical college FMS, 3-year vocational training with EFZ or equivalent qualification)
- Interest in nursing and medical topics
- Empathy, appreciative attitude, good communication
- High social competence and sense of responsibility
- Physical and mental resilience
- Driving license available
