What to expect

• You are responsible for the development and management of products and services in the private customer sector
• You conduct market research and analyze and evaluate future trends and needs of our private customers
• You create product concepts, implement new and further developments, and are responsible for market launch and handover to operations
• You design appropriate controlling and reporting measures and implement them
• You are responsible for product-specific documents, content, and information
• You participate in company-wide (partial) projects
• You act as the interface to various internal and external stakeholders

What you bring

• A university of applied sciences or university degree in product management, business administration, marketing, and/or innovation management
• Several years of professional experience as a product manager, ideally in the field of health and accident insurance
• Experience in leading and managing professional or interdisciplinary projects
• A structured, conceptual, and solution-oriented way of working with a high quality standard
• Strong analytical skills to prepare complex issues
• Planning and implementation strength
• Independent working style, teamwork, and sense of responsibility
• Flawless German skills, Italian skills are an advantage
