To strengthen our team in the outpatient clinic for substitution and heroin-assisted treatments at the Center for Addiction Disorders, we are looking for you as of December 1, 2025, or by arrangement
Tasks
- You support and relieve the ward management in organizational, personnel, and administrative leadership and take over their tasks in their absence.
- You bear the specialist responsibility of the ward and are the first contact person for the team on professional questions.
- You conduct internal training on nursing and psychiatric specialist topics and accompany employees in complex case situations.
- You ensure the introduction, implementation, and evaluation of professional standards and guidelines and ensure the content quality of the nursing and treatment process.
- You lead or moderate case discussions, conduct supervisions, and support the team in crisis interventions.
- You actively participate in projects for the further development of the ward, define processes, and contribute to quality development.
- You cooperate closely with the interprofessional team (medical, therapeutic, social services) and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
- You contribute to achieving annual goals and implementing the treatment mandate and foster an open communication and learning culture.
Profile
- Certified nursing professional HF/FH with several years of professional experience in psychiatry and/or addiction disorders.
- CAS or advanced training in a psychiatric specialist topic is an advantage.
- Solid expertise in psychiatric nursing, ideally with experience in specialist leadership and supervision.
- High social competence, teamwork skills, and communication strength; authentic and resilient personality.
- Ability to think in networks, organizational talent, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility.
- Interest in professional leadership, quality development, and shaping processes.
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as confident handling of common office applications.
