• Scheduling of daily business in the retail sector
• Targeted management of driving personnel
• Creating statistics based on key figures
• Organization of CZV courses and SIVO trainings
• Recording and processing irregularities in daily business
• Back-capturing of transport orders
• Accounting of invoices
• Various additional tasks
• Experience in scheduling and transport
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Commercial training desired (e.g. dispatcher BP)
• Willingness to occasionally work Sundays (09:00 – 15:00)
• Networked, customer- and service-oriented thinking
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Resilience, flexibility, and assertiveness
• Strong communication skills and pronounced organizational personality
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
