For our location in Bern, we are looking for a customer-oriented, committed, and reliable person as a courier with customer service duties 100% immediately or by arrangement.

• You are responsible for the safe and timely transport of patient samples and medical products; you will be supported by state-of-the-art infrastructure.
• You are in daily contact with our customers (medical practices, hospitals, and other medical institutions) and are the company's business card.
• You receive customer concerns firsthand and regularly conduct customer conversations.
• You support our field service in sales promotion measures.
• Completed vocational training
• Several years of professional experience with direct customer contact
• Driving license category B and at least 5 years of driving experience
• Very good knowledge of German
• Good knowledge of MS Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Residence in the Bern region and good local knowledge
• Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours
