For our location in Bern, we are looking for a customer-oriented, committed, and reliable person as a courier with customer service duties 100% immediately or by arrangement.
- You are responsible for the safe and timely transport of patient samples and medical products; you will be supported by state-of-the-art infrastructure.
- You are in daily contact with our customers (medical practices, hospitals, and other medical institutions) and are the company's business card.
- You receive customer concerns firsthand and regularly conduct customer conversations.
- You support our field service in sales promotion measures.
- Completed vocational training
- Several years of professional experience with direct customer contact
- Driving license category B and at least 5 years of driving experience
- Very good knowledge of German
- Good knowledge of MS Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Residence in the Bern region and good local knowledge
- Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours
