Service Technician Sanitary m/f/d

Your tasks:

• Independent execution of maintenance, repair, and servicing work on sanitary systems
• Support and advice to our customers in maintenance
• Preparation of quotes on site
• Performing on-call duty in rotation.

Your profile

Professional:

• Completed vocational training as a certified sanitary installer (EFZ)
• Several years of professional experience in maintenance, repair, and servicing of sanitary systems
• Knowledge in handling customer orders and service assignments
• Good IT skills for service reports and documentation
• Driver's license category B is mandatory.

Personal:

• Responsible, reliable, and solution-oriented personality
• High quality and safety awareness
• Independent and structured working style with high initiative
• Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor – even in demanding situations
• Teamwork skills and good communication skills in dealing with customers and colleagues
• Flexibility and willingness to work, even for short-term assignments or on-call duties
• Reliable, honest, and motivated to continuously develop professionally
• Good knowledge of German.
