About the job

• Set up and manage a centralized organization dedicated to continuous improvement for the entire company (3 sites), with a particular focus on the Cressier site.
• Analyze production performance indicators, propose improvement actions and ensure their implementation, including associated reporting.
• Manage and coordinate problem-solving activities to ensure the achievement of company objectives.
• Standardize the project management methodology on site, supervise and support the project team (2 people).
• Ensure the updating and compliance with operational standards, and provide training for site personnel, including apprentices.
• Knowledge in industrial IT and networks is an asset.

• Position directly reporting to management (production and technical).
• Main workplace: Cressier, with about 20% travel to sites in German-speaking Switzerland.
• Start date: June 2026 or to be agreed.

• Degree in food engineering or equivalent training.
• Training in Lean Management (Green Belt level).
• Proven experience in a production environment.
• Strong management skills and proven experience in project management (technical and problem-solving).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to unite teams around common goals.
• Native French speaker, with good knowledge of German (spoken and written); English is an asset.
