Your Field of Activity

You lead and monitor the safe and punctual train and shunting traffic at the stations Gornergrat, Riffelberg and Riffelalp.
You ensure the transport chain for our customers in case of disruptions or incidents.
You recognize the customer needs and sell all offers at the stations of the Gornergrat Bahn and at the shuttle train stations in Täsch and Zermatt.
You ensure customer information in normal and disruption cases.

Your Profile

You have completed basic training or vocational training in tourism, preferably with several years of professional experience.
You have a friendly and well-groomed appearance and love customer contact.
Due to your pronounced resilience and flexibility, you remain calm and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
You see irregular work and weekend shifts as an opportunity for flexible leisure time management.
