Supervise the Yield Engineering and Process Integration department, lead Technologies industrialization and New Products introduction and own the operational role in Process Control (Parametric and Reliability Tests).
Engineering degree in Microelectronics or equivalent
Leadership/Management Training and Certificate
Minimum 11 years of experience in a high-tech company
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
Extensive experience in Product Yield Engineering and Continuous Technology Improvement, with a strong focus on results
Proven expertise in process integration and IC Manufacturing process steps
Successful track record in managing teams, with a focus on performance and people development
Experience in new product introduction, including layout review and evaluation of design rule violations
Effective organizer of complex activities, with a background in establishing and driving KPIs, processes, work methodologies and cultural changes within an organization
Ability to design systemic solutions to achieve strategic goals
Organized, problem-solving oriented, pro-active, thorough, reliable, flexible and self-motivated
Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization, from Operator to CEO
Demonstrated expertise in automotive IC manufacturing
Strong knowledge of automotive core tools, with specific skills in statistics, data analysis and risk-based thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in written and spoken French and English written and oral

Supervise the Yield Engineering and Process Integration department, develop the team's skills and drive its performance towards operational excellence and achievement of KPI targets
Lead the industrialization of technologies and the introduction of new products from qualification to mass-production; drive continuous improvement of product yield and technology performance (capability and reliability); follow-up on daily production results for those technologies; drive material assessment and disposition during non-conformance events and excursions
Own the operational role in Process Control (Parametric and Reliability Tests), through fab outgoing electrical monitoring and capability improvement
Act as a key contributor to the process change review board and material review board
Collaborate proactively and hand-in-hand with Operations Teams (defectivity, process, quality and maintenance), Process Development, Business Units and Technical Services teams
Define, own, deploy and communicate the department's priorities in line with Compagny FAB strategy
Drive technical comparisons and analysis with benchmark companies and manage EM wafer foundries management
