To strengthen our Corporate department and continue to develop our services offered to companies in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for a
Corporate Advisor
Main tasks
- Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients
- Provide information on banking services in general and promote the offers provided by the bank
- Support the Advice Centers and assist peers within their scope
- Analyze credit requests, make decisions within own competencies and provide recommendations for higher competencies
- Maintain and develop a sales and contact network in the cantonal market
- Ensure follow-up of files (analysis of financial statements, solvency, credit renewals, etc.)
- Negotiate and argue financial conditions
Education and professional skills
- Higher education in banking or finance (ES, HES, Bachelor)
- At least 2 years of experience managing a portfolio of mortgage and/or commercial credits
- SME Client Advisor certification, CCoB or other SAQ certification
- In-depth knowledge of the regional economic fabric
- Ease in human relations and interpersonal skills
- Administrative rigor and organizational sense
- Versatility, pragmatism, and analytical mindset
- Language skills in English and/or German at B2 level (an asset)
