In dieser Position sind Sie sowohl für den Marketing-Support (50%) als auch für den operativen Supply Chain- und Kundenservice (50%) verantwortlich.

Kundendienst (ca. 50%):
- Telefonische / Email-Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
- Beratung & Bestellungsabwicklung

Unterstützung der Marketing- und Verkaufsabteilung in diversen Aufgaben (50%):
- Betreuung & Weiterentwicklung der Verkaufssoftware für den Aussendienst
- Vendor management und generelle Admin-Aufgaben inkl. Unterstützung in der Rechnungsabwicklung
- Planung, Gestaltung und Umsetzung von internen & externen (Kunden-)Veranstaltungen, Event Management
- Planung und Unterstützung in der Umsetzung von Print-Massnahmen

Planung und Umsetzung der Prozessoptimierung sowie Management der Verkaufssoftware CropExpert, einschließlich Datenbankpflege in Kooperation mit IT, Softwareanbieter und Außendienst

Qualifications

Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, idealerweise als Schnittstelle zwischen Außendienst und externem Softwaresupport

Gute SAP Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert

Agronomische und Landwirtschaftliche Basiskenntnisse und Interesse an Pflanzenschutz Ölandwirtschaftlichen Themen in der Praxis von Vorteil

Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich IT Kundensupport / Daten-Analyse

Erfahrung mit Prozessoptimierung & Complaint Management für Softwareapplikationen

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse,

Französischkenntnisse sind besonders vorteilhaft

Erfahrung in der Organisation und Durchführung von Events

Ausgezeichnete organisations- und abteilungsübergreifende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Selbstständiges, strukturiertes und individuelles Arbeiten
