Project Technician Materials Engineering (m/f/d) - Georg Fischer Piping Systems AG, Schaffhausen

Your tasks:

• Support the materials engineering team in feasibility studies on new materials or applications
• Organization and coordination of sampling internally and externally
• Organization and, if necessary, production and preparation of test specimens
• Organization and coordination of materials testing internally and externally
• Processing of test data
• Carrying out own subprojects

Your profile:

• Completed training as a plastics technologist, chemical laboratory technician or similar
• Ideally basic knowledge of plastics, their processing and/or testing
• Open, creative and independent
• Enjoyment of practical work
• Clear oral and written communication
• Good MS Office skills
• English skills are an advantage
