Team Leader Building Technology m/f/d
This is you:
- You lead a motivated team of building technicians (electrical and HVAC) both professionally and personally.
- You plan the capacities of your employees as well as external partners and coordinate cross-departmental order processing.
- You ensure efficient organization of fault rectification and plan preventive maintenance with a modern maintenance system (SAP-PM).
- You ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and economical use of resources.
- You further develop existing systems and facilities and ensure the implementation of technical standards as well as legal requirements.
This is what you bring:
- Completed basic technical training in the field of building technology, electrical or HVAC - further training as a technician HF or similar is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in technical building maintenance
- Leadership experience in a comparable field of activity
- Good organizational skills as well as an independent, solution-oriented way of working
- Experience with CAFM or maintenance systems (ideally SAP-PM)
- Willingness to take on on-call duty/takeover duty together with your team
