The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical, and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 220 clients.
From February 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a:
Care Specialist (70-90%)
Your tasks:
- Support, promotion, and care of adults with autism spectrum disorder and behavioral challenges
- Participation in the development planning of the residents
- Co-design of resident-centered settings
- Key worker duties
- Preparation of written documentation
- Collaboration with relatives and professionals
Your profile:
- Completed training preferably in the field of people with disabilities, social pedagogy, curative education/psychiatric nursing
- Experience in caring for people with autism spectrum disorder and behavioral challenges is an advantage
- Resilience in demanding situations
- Willingness to work irregular hours
