What you will move with us
- You conduct individual and group therapies for patients in the field of geriatric rehabilitation.
- You support patients in the rehabilitation process and participate in the co-organization of discharge planning.
- Active participation in interdisciplinary reports and further training is part of your daily work.
- You work closely interdisciplinary with other departments, physiotherapy, social counseling, nutritional therapy, as well as medical and nursing staff.
- You are also responsible for assessment and progress documentation as well as report writing.
- You conduct self-help training, safety assessments, assistive device consultations, and household training.
