- You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials, and develop improvement measures.
- You actively drive the further development and innovation in the Motor Claims area and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- You independently design various optimization projects in and around the vehicle experts area and manage change initiatives together with cross-functional teams.
- You participate in various project and working groups as well as specialist meetings.
- You work closely with the operational specialist departments (vehicle experts & motor vehicle claims) as well as IT, product management, and other areas. With your communicative manner, you involve stakeholders and coordinate across departments to find the best solutions together.

- Process Management & OPEX: Experience in process optimization with proven success in Operational Excellence.
- Digital Project Experience: Independent planning, coordination, and implementation of agile projects, with great initiative.
- Analytical & Conceptual Skills: You have a networked way of thinking, a good grasp, and enjoy quickly familiarizing yourself with diverse topics and complex issues.
- Insurance & Customer Focus: You bring experience in the insurance business, ideally with expertise in the motor vehicle sector, and are characterized by a strong customer orientation.
- A completed higher education (FH in business administration or similar).
- You are a team player and strong communicator, explain complex matters clearly, and stakeholder management at a senior level is second nature to you.
- Language skills: You are fluent in German, have business-level English, and can also communicate in French.
