You can expect a diverse and exciting role as a Risk Management Specialist focusing on FINMA's own risks. In this exciting position, you report directly to the CRO.

• Design, operation, and improvement of the ICS along the main business processes and risk exposures as well as conducting process audits (design & operating effectiveness)
• Proactive consulting of departments and projects on risk and control issues and supporting the implementation of appropriate and effective measures.
• Further development of requirements for operational risk management as well as development of KPI/KRI dashboards as monitoring and reporting tools
• Monitoring risks and measures in a structured risk register, ensuring transparency for stakeholders and guaranteeing the adequacy and effectiveness of control activities
• Preparation of target group-oriented reports with clear recommendations and priorities.
• Design and delivery of training on ICS and operational risks.

• University or university of applied sciences degree with a business administration background or comparable education and training
• At least 5-8 years of experience in ICS, risk management, internal audit, or compliance in the financial sector, ideally with project and/or IT reference
• You have excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
• You are pragmatic and can make, represent, and implement fact-based decisions
• You are proactive, a team player, communicative, and decisive
• You have very good German skills (C2) and good French skills (B1)
