Tasks
- You complement the interdisciplinary team of our private station with nursing expertise and commitment
- You support people in acute crises, actively involving relatives and the individual life situation of the patients
- You work in a three-shift operation and implement internal processes and guidelines
- You see yourself as part of the interdisciplinary treatment team and share responsibility for the professional implementation of the station concept
Profile
- Qualified nursing specialist FH or HF, preferably with professional experience in geriatric psychiatry, acute geriatrics, or acute somatics
- In addition to commitment and a sense of responsibility, we expect a high level of professionalism in the care and support of older adults.
- Flexible, resilient, and motivated personality with high social competence and a pronounced willingness to serve
- Interest in continuous professional development
