Your area of responsibility consists of …

• Ensuring needs- and situation-appropriate, holistic care and support of residents according to existing care plans within the scope of professional competencies and taking into account cultural and religious habits.
• Managing emergency and crisis situations as well as accompanying residents and their relatives during palliative and end-of-life phases.
• Carrying out preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures according to medical prescriptions under the supervision of a HF/FH nursing professional in a professional manner.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of assigned medical-technical tasks according to operational standards.

• You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe).
• You have professional experience in long-term care in Switzerland.
• High social competence, flexibility, teamwork skills, and a healthy sense of humor describe your personality in everyday life.
• Innovation, creativity, and professionalism are not foreign words in your professional daily routine.
• You feel enthusiasm and commitment for working with elderly people.
• You can demonstrate good IT skills and very good oral and written German skills.
