The Hotel Regina is located in the symbolic village of Wengen, in the Jungfrau region, amidst the most beautiful panoramas of Switzerland, which are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The accommodation department is looking to complement its team with a:
Janitor (m/f)
Janitor (m/f) We are currently looking for a dedicated janitor who maintains the highest standards of hospitality for our guests and fosters strong relationships with other departments.
CONTRACT: fixed-term, 100%, start: December 2024 / winter season
TASKS:
Non-exhaustive list of activities & duties.
- Non-exhaustive list of activities & duties
- Efficient cleaning of departure and stay rooms according to Relais & Châteaux standards.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
- Refill cleaning carts and offices.
- Arrange specific room configurations according to guests' wishes. • Support in hotel laundry operations.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the hotel, including public areas, offices, and the spa.
- Support other departments as needed.
- Good knowledge of cleaning products, materials, and equipment to perform professional cleaning tasks in a professional manner.
REQUIREMENTS :
- 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Hotel training required.
- German, French, or English preferred
- Efficient & motivated
- Responsibility, customer service, and perfection.
- Flexibility
- Willingness to learn new skills and apply new procedures.
