The "Legal & Compliance" department consists of ten employees. They ensure legal advice, monitor compliance with legal and internal requirements, and minimize legal as well as regulatory risks.

This is what you do
- Legal support of our business activities as an electricity producer, distribution network operator, and electricity supplier in Switzerland
- Handling legal issues in various areas of law, especially contract law, energy law, and corporate law, as well as other areas such as construction law, procurement law, and labor law
- Drafting contracts and conducting negotiations
- Participation in approval procedures as well as in judicial and extrajudicial disputes
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams
This is what you bring
- Several years of professional experience, preferably as in-house counsel or in a law firm
- Law degree from a Swiss university, Swiss bar admission is an advantage
- Interest in technical matters
- Fluent German skills, good knowledge of Italian and English is an advantage
- Team-oriented and independent personality
- Strong communication skills and high resilience
