Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for care and support during the night
• Professionally competent individual care and support of the residents
• Analysis of care situations and implementation of appropriate measures
• Ensuring the flow of information

Your profile:

• Completed diploma in nursing at tertiary level (Certified Nurse FaLB, HF / FH, DN II, AKP)
• Sound expertise and experience in the care process
• Professional and social competence in the care and support of people
• Flexibility, organisational and team skills
• Independent, responsible and committed way of working
• Good PC user skills (RAI care documentation)
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Professional experience in long-term care and psychiatry is a clear advantage
