What you achieve

Install, commission, instruct, and hand over new burglary, video surveillance, access control systems, and security control systems to the customer
Implement small, medium, and large projects in collaboration with the project manager
Maintain, repair, and expand existing burglary, video surveillance, access control systems, and security control systems
Create and update the technical documentation of the systems
Advise and support customers in all technical matters
Perform on-call duty after the introduction phase (approx. 5 - 6 weeks per year)
High customer satisfaction and enthusiasm for your actions

What you bring

Completed training as a telematics technician, electrician, automation technician (EFZ), or equivalent professional training
Good knowledge of IP network technology and confident handling of common IT tools (Microsoft 365)
Quick comprehension as well as flexible and independent working style
Willingness to travel and a category B driving license
French language skills are an advantage
Strong customer, project, and service orientation
