About the job
Your tasks include
- Planning, organizing, and conducting lessons for all training levels
- Guidance, counseling, and support of trainees FaGe/students Nursing HF
- Conducting introductory/location and qualification discussions
- Conducting internal and external IPA of the FaGe’s
- Support in creating/updating training materials
- Participation in internal and external events in the field of training
- Introduction of new trainers
You bring with you
- Degree as a certified nursing specialist HF / FH as well as pedagogical further education (SVEB 1)
- Experience in vocational education
- Experience in patient care, ideally in a psychiatric setting
- Very good knowledge of IT applications
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- High personal responsibility and proven social competence
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Good networked thinking
