Job Description

You and your team ensure with an eye for detail that our guests feel comfortable from the very first moment. In addition to coordinating and leading your team and working with external cleaning staff, you are responsible for:

Ensuring and implementing Motel One housekeeping standards as well as responsibility for cleanliness in all areas
Creating duty and vacation schedules
Orders and deliveries within the housekeeping department
Assisting with the execution of monthly closings
Conducting internal coaching, cross-training, and planning training sessions for the further development of housekeeping staff

Training in hotel management or professional experience in housekeeping in the hotel/restaurant industry or other sectors
Enjoyment in developing employees – ideally first leadership experience
High quality awareness and service orientation as well as an eye for cleanliness and order
Open, communicative demeanor and good command of German & English
Team spirit and willingness to support across departments – we achieve our successes together
