About the job
Your Tasks
As an Artistic Collaborator, you will work 50% in the Master of Arts program. You will be part of the core team and support the program management in coordinating and organizing the course (semester start, SharePoint, room usage, etc.). You will provide organizational support for the implementation of teaching formats (StudioLab Days summer and winter) and participate in conferences and publications of the program. You will attend team meetings and have a seat on the admissions committee and senate. You have initial experience in the professional field and possess strong organizational skills. You enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. Prospectively, you are interested in an artistic PhD or an artistic career.
- Support of the program management and collaboration in the core team of the Master of Arts (program coordination, semester start, SharePoint, admissions procedure participation, diploma procedure participation, etc.)
- Organizational support of teaching, especially the StudioLab Days
- Support and, if interested, participation in conferences and publications
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Fine Arts (preferably with a focus on Critical Image / Situated Practices), Art Teaching, or a similar field
- Strong organizational skills
- You are proactive, work independently, and are a team player. Your social and communication skills are well developed.
- You have very good knowledge of the German language as well as good English skills
- PhD project planned and/or active artistic practice
