• Management and coordination of construction sites in the area of painting work, both indoors and outdoors.
• Professional execution of all painting work in compliance with SMGV standards
• Planning, leading, and supporting the painting team for efficient work execution
• Ensuring deadlines and quality requirements as well as compliance with all occupational safety regulations

• Completed further training as SMGV foreman (mandatory)
• Several years of professional experience, ideally with leadership experience
• Solid IT skills (MS Office as well as ideally industry software such as Messerli, Sorba, etc.)
• Strong organizational talent, high sense of responsibility, and confident assertiveness
