Sous Chef 100% (m/f/i)
In this varied and exciting role, you support the head chef in planning and executing kitchen operations in the à la carte area. You take on an important role in inventory management as well as purchasing and ordering, administrative tasks, and scheduling. You assist in the development and implementation of new dishes and hygiene measures. Organizing the various stations is a matter of course for you.
Your strengths include quality awareness, flexibility, team spirit, and commitment. You bring professional and leadership experience in a comparable position and have experience in international 5-star hospitality. You speak fluent German and can communicate well in English. You demonstrate high performance readiness, are business- and result-oriented, and remain a team player even at the end of a busy shift. A completed vocational training and extensive professional experience in the same position in similar establishments are prerequisites. You lead and train the employees at your station and always ensure smooth operations. You have solid management and financial knowledge and are always up to date with all safety and health requirements.
