As part of the development of the "Marketing, Sales and Communication" field, we are advertising the following position:
B2B Customer Support Advisor at 100%
Your mission
You will be the privileged contact person for companies and institutions for commercial follow-up and to respond to first-level requests (information, complaints, tariff offers, platform support, administrative and financial controls related to sales transactions) received by phone or email. You will carry out all B2B/B2G sales operations and guarantee impeccable customer service adapted to the different contact methods used (phone, mail, direct contact).
Your main responsibilities
- Analyze the need with empathy, provide an appropriate response and properly handle requests,
- ensure the administrative follow-up of commercial contracts concluded by customer managers as well as requests arising from after-sales,
- carry out financial and administrative checks of sales transactions in the B2B/B2G network, using available IT tools,
- prepare tariff offers/contracts and ensure their commercial, operational and accounting follow-up.
- enter all activities related to the customer portfolio into the CRM,
- train managers in the use of platforms.
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC / sales or equivalent qualification,
- 3 years of professional experience in sales and customer advice in a service company (e.g. transport, travel, tourism),
- excellent interpersonal skills and interest in a "customer-oriented" service,
- motivation for sales,
- ease in using IT tools (SAP an asset),
- excellent command of the French language both written (writing and spelling) and spoken, B2 level certified in English, knowledge of a third language is desirable,
- very good geographical knowledge of the canton of Geneva and the region,
- strong interest in the public transport sector and mobility in general,
- mastery of transport tickets and services offered for sale.
