The SAG Foundation is a non-profit organization that carries out educational and work integration projects for job-seeking individuals throughout Switzerland.

The motivation semester «SEMO - The Vocational Company» at the Wattwil location supports and accompanies young people with job coaching, schooling, and practical employment on their way to vocational training.

Due to a retirement, we are looking for a (m/f/d) for the Wattwil location starting May 2026:

SEMO Wattwil – a place where learning is fun and creativity has room. The work environment area combines practical assignments in external companies with targeted skills training on site. As a Work Environment Specialist, you design learning and experience spaces, moderate processes, and ensure smooth collaboration and support with partner companies. You represent SEMO externally, create professional conditions for assignments, and accompany participants in their individual development process.
