Your Tasks
- Contact person for D365 CRM at the Department of Computer Science – link between the umbrella organization and the Department of Computer Science
- First-level support for D365 CRM for employees at the Department of Computer Science
- Maintenance and strategic further development of address management and stakeholder management (e.g., target group selections, segmentations, duplicate cleaning, maintenance of interest fields)
- Administration and coordination of CRM events and campaigns in cooperation with marketing, continuing education, research, and training
- Training and coaching of employees in the department in handling D365 as well as documentation of processes and use cases
- Close coordination with the Head of Services and Department Development on strategic CRM projects
- Administrative tasks related to address maintenance, mailing preparation, and creation of simple reports
- General administrative tasks in the area of services
- Support in planning and coordinating room occupancy/room management on the Zug-Rotkreuz campus
- Support in planning, preparation, execution, and follow-up of events
- Practical supervision of apprentices from summer 2026
Your Profile
- Completed training in commercial, media technology, or computer science fields
- You bring several years of professional experience in one of the following areas: administration, operational support in customer management
- Experience in the use and maintenance of CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong service orientation, hands-on mentality, and communication skills in dealing with various departments
- High social competence, well-organized, structured and independent working style, as well as enthusiasm for digital processes and continuous improvement
- Networked and creative thinking as well as the ability to work in a dynamic and complex university environment
- Organizational talent, teamwork skills, and reliability
- Good Excel skills
- Practical or vocational trainer course (or willingness to complete one)
