Certified Activation Specialist HF or Activation Specialist EFZ

As an activation employee, you are responsible for competent, needs-oriented, and individual activation in groups as well as in individual settings. Your tasks are diverse, e.g.: leading the reading group, leading exercise groups, or acting as a contact person for residents 

We expect from you: 

• Solid expertise and joy in working with elderly people 
• Responsibility, creativity, flexibility, solution orientation, and humor
• Enjoy actively participating in interdisciplinary collaboration (e.g., exchange with nursing professionals)
• Taking responsibility as a contact person in our primary nursing system
• Skills in group work with residents
• A strong service mentality
• Workday preferably Friday
• Good PC user skills
• Good communication skills in spoken and written form
