This is what you can expect
- You develop and implement cross-channel customer journeys for our marketing campaigns, specifically defining and optimizing relevant touchpoints and creating content and conceptual briefings for their successful implementation.
- Analysis, development, and implementation of innovative optimization approaches along the customer journey, for example, through the integration of new channels or technologies, as well as the development of rough concepts, business cases, and roadmaps for digital contact points.
- Conceptualization, prioritization, and strategic further development of touchpoints and shop functions along the customer journey to optimize user experience and conversion. You work closely with interdisciplinary teams such as Advertising, Publishing, IT, UX, Business Units, and Data Analytics, while also managing external agencies as the central point of contact (SPOC).
This is what you bring
- Completed higher education in the field of Marketing, Business Administration, or Business Informatics (University, FH, HF).
- Experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Customer Journey Management, as well as in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- You think customer-centric and needs-oriented, especially in the B2C environment, and bring a strategic understanding, a holistic mindset, and experience in project management.
- Strong conceptual skills for developing business requirements and creating convincing solutions for digital touchpoints.
- Creativity and innovation capability, technical understanding of shop systems and UX, as well as an understanding of agile methods.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, team and service-oriented work, ability to coordinate and motivate various stakeholders, as well as analytical, strategic, and goal-oriented thinking with a structured working style and high self-initiative.
- Very good German language skills and a good understanding of the English language.
