What you will do here

Organizational responsibility for the Mechanical Engineering department secretariat
Administratively support the department head in correspondence, text editing, invoicing, and appointment management
Organize events (TechDay, information sessions, technical taster days)
Staff the reception and provide information to interested students
Train apprentices

What you ideally bring with you

EFZ commercial clerk or equivalent basic training
Independent, proactive working style, MS Office skills
Several years of professional experience in a similar role
Confident German and good French skills
Organizational talent and strong communication skills
