The privately run senior center in the heart of Winterthur offers a living and living space for around 150 residents, where they feel comfortable and are cared for according to their needs. The Wiesengrund senior center is a recognized and popular establishment in the healthcare sector.
Our highly motivated household management team takes care of the basic and maintenance cleaning of the rooms and apartments of our residents, all public areas and ancillary rooms in the Wiesengrund senior center, as well as laundry supply.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Specialist in Household Management EFZ 80% - 100%
What you can achieve with us:
- Execution of maintenance and visual cleaning tasks (including rooms of our residents, living groups, public zones, office spaces, infrastructure rooms, windows, cloakrooms)
- Intermediate and basic cleaning tasks
- Preparation of resident and operational laundry (sorting, stain treatment, washing)
- Folding and distributing operational and resident laundry
- Execution of administrative tasks
- Inventory management and ordering
- Completion of various household management tasks
What you bring:
- Very good written and spoken German skills and good listening comprehension for Swiss German
- Completed training as a specialist in household management EFZ
- Completed course as a vocational trainer or several years of experience as a practical trainer
- IT experience (Word, Excel, digital ordering platforms)
- A quick grasp and reliability
- A cool head in hectic situations
- Independence and adaptability in a very agile environment
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
