To meet the many challenges ahead, the HIB, located in Estavayer-le-lac, is offering the position of:

Head physician of service for the CTR at 100%

Your mission• Manage the service and the medical team of the CTR

• Develop outpatient rehabilitation

• Ensure the quality and continuity of care in your service while respecting legislative frameworks

• Ensure the application and respect of institutional procedures, laws, and others

• Be responsible for the evaluations of the senior physicians and ensure the evaluation of all physicians

• Manage the annual budget of the service as well as the management of positions

• Establish, manage, and validate the medical training plan

• Coordinate the activities of the head physicians of the service in agreement with the medical management

Your assetsBenefit from a federal medical degree or an equivalent foreign title recognized by MEBEKO, as well as a FMH specialist title in physical medicine and rehabilitation or geriatrics or an equivalent foreign title recognized by MEBEKO. You have proven experience in your specialty, particularly in a hospital setting. Your experience as a head physician in a university hospital has taught you to collaborate with different hospital services and to demonstrate teamwork spirit. Additionally, you show an interest in medical education and master the French language (oral and written).
