About the job
You work 100% on-site in Zug, with the possibility to also work remotely. Since our studios are distributed throughout Switzerland, it is important that you are willing to be present at other locations if needed or participate in external events.
This position offers you
- You effectively implement cooking courses, live demonstrations, and events and jointly review with the Gourmet Academy the relevance of the developed recipes for the Swiss market, target groups, and event formats. If necessary, you supplement local culinary ideas and seasonal aspects
- You actively shape the culinary signature of V-ZUG by developing guidelines that ensure consistency and recognizability throughout Switzerland
- As a professional leader, you take on coaching, training, and quality assurance and at the same time serve as the central link between our consulting team and the Gourmet Academy
- You optimize processes, preparation steps, and presentation so that sales and consulting activities at resellers, fairs, and exhibitions become lively, convincing encounters
- You regularly collect feedback from customers and partners and incorporate this feedback as well as insights from internal test runs into the design of our experiences, processes, and offerings
You bring the following to the position
- You have completed training as a chef EFZ or a comparable culinary qualification and bring experience from professional kitchens – ideally from upscale gastronomy

- You bring genuine service passion, think along, and flexibly pitch in where needed. In the team, you are someone who radiates energy and reliability
- You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; French is an additional plus

V-ZUG Application Consulting Switzerland
In this role, you are responsible for the quality, consistency, and operational excellence of our culinary customer and brand activities in Switzerland. You work closely with application consulting as well as the international Gourmet Academy of V-ZUG and develop inspiring culinary concepts that make the brand experience and the diversity of our products tangible. You take on professional leadership and develop a decentralized culinary team, ensure the highest quality standards at events, training sessions, and demonstrations, and ensure that culinary experiences sustainably inspire customers, partners, and employees.
