Polymechanic - CNC Milling Machine Operator

• Independent operation, setup, and adjustment of CNC milling machines with Heidenhain control
• Execution of CNC programming tasks, both online and offline
• Creation and optimization of programs using CAM software
• Quality control of manufactured components
• Carrying out maintenance and repair work on the machines
• Documentation and reporting

• Completed training as a polymechanic or comparable qualification in the field of machining technology
• Solid experience in operating and programming CNC milling machines, especially with Heidenhain control
• Knowledge in CAM programming (e.g., [Siemens NX, Mastercam, etc.])
• Very good skills in machining metal and precision parts
• Technical understanding and experience working with technical drawings
• Independent, careful working style and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work shifts (if required)
