Polymechanic – CNC Milling Machine Operator
Tasks
- Independent operation, setup, and adjustment of CNC milling machines with Heidenhain control
- Execution of CNC programming tasks, both online and offline
- Creation and optimization of programs using CAM software
- Quality control of manufactured components
- Carrying out maintenance and repair work on the machines
- Documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic or comparable qualification in the field of machining technology
- Solid experience in operating and programming CNC milling machines, especially with Heidenhain control
- Knowledge in CAM programming (e.g., [Siemens NX, Mastercam, etc.])
- Very good skills in machining metal and precision parts
- Technical understanding and experience working with technical drawings
- Independent, careful working style and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work shifts (if required)
