About the job
What you can achieve with us
- Collaboration in debt collection
- Independent handling of customer concerns in the area of receivables management (by phone, in writing, in person)
- Development of customer-oriented solutions (requests for deferral and installment payments)
- Posting of customer payments
- Execution of dunning and legal debt collection according to SchKG including debt enforcement
- Cooperation with internal and external parties
- Preparation of reports and evaluations
- Participation in projects and further development of debt collection processes in SAP
What defines you
- Completed commercial basic training (EFZ)
- Professional experience in debt collection or receivables management
- Good knowledge of SchKG and practical experience in the debt enforcement process
- Negotiation skills in dealing with customers, even in demanding situations
- Confident appearance and assertiveness, and high social competence
- Flair for numbers as well as good knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge (FI) is an advantage
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
