To strengthen our team, we are looking for a personality from November 2026 or by arrangement as
Your varied main duties include, among others:
- Leading the building technology team with 6 employees
- Coordinating the maintenance and servicing of technical systems
- Responsibility for the flawless functioning of the systems
- Coordinating tickets and time-based maintenance
- Managing the (electrotechnical) storerooms
- Creating documentation for systems and projects after changes
- Responsibility for the condition/calibration of electrotechnical equipment
- Coordinating maintenance work of various external service providers
- On-call duty and work on weekends and public holidays (every 4-6 weeks)
You have successfully completed training as a Certified Electrician EFZ. You bring 3-4 years of experience in the role of senior electrician; a completed further education as an Electrical Project Manager for Installation and Safety with a federal diploma or an equivalent qualification, or the willingness to complete this training, is desired. You are experienced in leading and supervising a work team as well as in material and personnel disposition within orders and take on project responsibility for all types of orders and objects, including negotiations with construction management. Your work execution meets a high-quality standard. You share responsibility for cost control and timely implementation. You have knowledge in designing simple systems and additional installations and very good skills in understanding schematics as well as reading installation plans. In addition, you have sound knowledge in automation. You are accustomed to working with technical lifting systems, lifting platforms and working at heights and have already gained experience with PLC/control systems (e.g. Desigo CC). You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
