To strengthen our team in the Ultrafresh area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Supermarket Employee, 20% at the Sargans location starting 01.12.2025.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for preparing lunch menus, salads, and soups.
• You ensure product preparation, freshness, and quality.
• You conduct sales talks and advise our demanding customers competently and friendly.
• You independently and reliably implement the weekly promotions.
• You organize the sales area and set seasonal priorities.
• You check the sales stands for completeness and cleanliness.
• You create an attractive market atmosphere according to our concept.
• You consistently comply with the specified hygiene regulations.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail or gastronomy.
• You already have professional experience in an equivalent activity.
• You have the ability to adapt to a high customer frequency and remain calm and composed in hectic situations.
• You have a positive charisma and a neat appearance.
• You have a reliable, careful, and independent working style.
• You have a strong affinity for food products and sustainability.
• You are flexibly available according to the deployment plan.
• You speak fluent German and preferably have knowledge of another national language.
