Administrative Assistant for Tenured Professorship (m/f/d)

The Chair of Data Science and Natural Language Processing is part of the Institute of Computer Science (ICS) at the University of St. Gallen.

• Active support of the director and chair holder Prof. Dr. Siegfried Handschuh in all administrative and organizational matters
• Collaboration in the personnel and financial management of the chair
• Assistance in organizing events and conferences
• Cooperation with the institute's administrative core team
• Competent, helpful, and friendly contact point for employees, students, and external parties

• Completed commercial or comparable training
• Good German and English skills
• Good IT user skills and IT affinity
• Independent and precise working style
• Teamwork skills and flexibility
• Enjoyment of working in an international environment
• Interest or experience in computer science or data science is an advantage
