The Chair of Data Science and Natural Language Processing is part of the Institute of Computer Science (ICS) at the University of St. Gallen.

Your tasks
- Active support of the director and chair holder Prof. Dr. Siegfried Handschuh in all administrative and organizational matters
- Collaboration in the personnel and financial management of the chair
- Assistance in organizing events and conferences
- Cooperation with the institute's administrative core team
- Competent, helpful, and friendly contact point for employees, students, and external parties
Your profile
- Completed commercial or comparable training
- Good German and English skills
- Good IT user skills and IT affinity
- Independent and precise working style
- Teamwork skills and flexibility
- Enjoyment of working in an international environment
- Interest or experience in computer science or data science is an advantage
