The Human Resources department is responsible for all personnel matters of the administration and education of the municipality of Fällanden. It informs, supports, and advises employees at all levels throughout the entire employment cycle, from recruitment to departure.
For the newly organized Human Resources department, we are looking for a motivated, supportive, and flexible person as of March 1, 2026, or by arrangement, as
Personnel Officer 60%
- Personnel administration (e.g., entries and exits, issuing work certificates and confirmations, service anniversaries, maintaining statistics, MAB process)
- Administrative participation in the recruitment process and management of the application tool (Refline)
- Assistance with time tracking
- Organization and coordination of personnel events
- Notifications to insurance companies (accident, illness)
- Support in HR projects
- Commercial basic education
- Experience in human resources, preferably in the education sector
- High IT affinity (working with various HR tools)
- Empathetic and service-oriented personality
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Enjoyment and openness to shaping the newly structured Human Resources department
