For the Raiffeisenbank Luzern, a successful and locally focused bank with branches in Lucerne, Ebikon, Root, and Littau, we are looking for a motivated personality as a private customer advisor.

• Comprehensive, needs-oriented advice to our customers on all credit matters in the mortgage area as well as on investments
• Advising our customers on pension, insurance, retirement, and tax matters
• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio
• Expanding the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Participation in market development measures and performing representative tasks

• Completed banking training or equivalent education
• Further training in banking or finance
• Experience in credit consulting (mortgages) and investment advice
• Enjoyment in customer contact and communication with our customers on all channels
• Strong customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting
• Independent and responsible working style
• Ability to work in a team
• You are proactive, open, and flexible
