These are your tasks
- Lead the Information Management team with ten employees both personally and professionally
- Plan and coordinate service delivery along the core processes of switching planning, OT technology support processes, and plant protection
- Manage and optimize workflows within the team and with interfaces of operational control, for example in network projects
- Promote the development of employees and ensure their professional support
This is what sets you apart
- Technical training, ideally in computer science, electrical or civil engineering
- Completion of a higher technical school - or professional examination with a federal diploma
- Basic business knowledge is an advantage
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role with leadership responsibility
- Technical expertise in operational IT/OT and network technology
- Experience on construction sites is an advantage
