• Strengthening employee retention and corporate culture through targeted measures to promote team spirit, motivation, and identification
• Communicative support of change processes, e.g., during reorganizations, focusing on transparent and goal-oriented change communication
• Competently advising internal stakeholders and supporting them with communicative issues
• Maintaining and continuously developing the intranet as a central information platform
• Contributing to the internal employee magazine "Kontakt"
• Communicative support of strategic and topic-specific projects; from conception to implementation

• Completed studies (university or university of applied sciences) in communication, media, or a comparable education
• Several years of professional experience in corporate communications; ideally with a focus on internal communication
• Experience in planning and implementing demanding communication projects, preferably in the context of change processes
• Digital affinity and interest in modern tools and trends in internal communication
• Team-oriented, structured, and reliable working style
• Empathetic demeanor and the ability to address different target groups appropriately
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good French skills
