Our cleaning team ensures that professionals, residents, clients, and visitors feel comfortable in our premises. With care, expertise, and an eye for detail, you contribute significantly to a well-maintained and pleasant environment in our institution.

Your main tasks

• Professional execution of cleaning tasks in the residential groups as well as in the offices of our administration
• Guidance, support, and promotion of people with cognitive impairments
• Compliance with the prescribed safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines
• Independent management and maintenance of cleaning utensils and equipment
• Thinking ahead in everyday life – because sometimes you do see the dust before anyone else

What you bring with you

• Several years of experience in maintenance cleaning or training as a domestic specialist EFZ
• Enjoyment in working with people with cognitive impairments as well as high social competence
• Educational training or experience in pedagogy is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and careful working style
• A sense of order, cleanliness, and quality
• Good physical fitness
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
