Community Care and Health Assistant from 50% to 100%
Your mission
• Work closely with the nursing team in patient care
• Support patients responsibly and autonomously in aspects of care related to daily living activities (toileting, elimination, meal assistance, mobilization)
• Ensure the execution and monitoring of care delegated by the nursing team
• Perform medico-technical acts by delegation, in stable care situations
• Carry out administrative and logistical tasks related to your activity, mainly linked to patient care.
Your assets
You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a Community Care and Health Assistant (ASSC) or an equivalent title recognized by the Red Cross. You are comfortable with computer tools and familiar with the Soarian electronic patient record. Equipped with a strong ability to work in a team, dynamism, and autonomy, you demonstrate rigor and responsibility in carrying out your tasks. You know how to manage priorities and will make yourself available when necessary.
Start date: immediately or to be agreed upon
